Small Entity Inventor’s Corner:

Welcome to our Small Entity Inventor’s Corner. "Small" doesn't mean tiny, but means "Small Entity," which may entitle the inventor to reduced government fees before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. There are several criteria, but in general, if your business is less than 500 people, you may qualify. 13 CFR § 121.802. You may also qualify for Micro Entity status if you have filed no more than four previously filed patent applications and meet certain income restrictions.

Over the years we have helped numerous "small entity" inventors accomplish their intellectual property objectives.

If you have some general questions about how to get started, please contact us. We’re here to help.
